Infill Block Planes

Infill Block Plane base price (2024) $675 plus shipping and insurance.
You get your choice of an A-2 or O-1 tool steel blade.
Figured woods and specialty metals are an extra change.

The block plane sides, knobs, and cap iron are made from 360 brass. The front and rear bed are made from unhardened O-1 tool steel.
​
The dimensions of the plane are: 5 5/8" long by 1 5/8" wide by 1 5/8" tall.
​
Bevel Gauges
Bevel Gauges come in 4" and 7" (length of the blade) sizes.
Base price (2024) for the 4" is $199 and $259 for the 7"
Body materials: The 4" is available in standard 360 brass and 410 stainless steel ($100 upcharge), The 7" is offered in brass only.
Blade materials: O-1 tool steel is standard and available for 4" & 7", Damascus Steel is offered for both 4" & 7" (4" $85 upcharge, 7" $159 upcharge), 400 series stainless is offered only for the stainless bodied 4" (upcharge TBD).

Custom Engraving on the blade is available and a $83 upcharge.
Initial Engraving on the locking knob (max 3 characters) is available for $22.

There are a wide array of inlay choices that come standard with the base price. Figured and exotic woods carry an upcharge. And as always you can supply your own wood for the inlay.

Double Squares
Double Square sizes and blades available:
Small (4", 100mm, 4"/100mm combo)
Medium (6", 150mm, 6"/150mm combo)
Large (12", 300mm, 12"/300mm combo)
X-Large (18", 24", 450mm, 600mm, 18"/450mm combo, 24"600mm combo).
Body materials:
Small - 360 brass, 1020 steel, and 316 stainless steel
Medium - 360 brass, 1020 steel, and 316 stainless steel
Large - 360 brass, 1020 steel, and 316 stainless steel
X-large - 360 brass and 1020 steel​

Extras:
Heat bluing of the steel bodies $30 upcharge
Custom Engraving on the body of the square is available and a $83 upcharge.
Initial Engraving on the bottom of the square body is available for $25.
Locking knobs $10-15 (standard bodies only): Bronze, Nickel Silver, Black Steel, Stainless Steel, Heat Blued Steel.
